weak acid question

If you're asked to find the [OH^-] for a situation like this, how do you find it out?
I can do it, and get an answer based on the fact than [h30+] x OH- = 10^-14, but I don't see how that would apply since the chemical equation that this relates to is:

HOCL(aq) + H20(l) -->/<-- ClO-(aq) + H30+(aq)

help?

you can apply that rule if the system is at 25 degrees.
