EGENT ADVICE NEEDED ON FOLIO DRAMA!!!!

ergent advice needed:
baisically in a long story short, while my texher was setting up my folio for it to get externally assesed, she ripped my visual diary in half making units 3 and 4 seperate. she left it in a really slopy and careless state with paged flying everywhere, ripping up my hours of hard work going into each page ( She then sticking each unit together with sticky tape for the presentation.) she didnt consult me or ask me about this and when i asked her why she did it she said she thought units 3 and 4 had to be seperate. However when i checked it up after, that was not correct.
I am so disstresed about this. In one mind I feel as though what she did could have comprimised my mark and i have a right to get a reassesment (take it up with VCAA) and on the other habnd I think its not really worth it and may jut rebound in my face

I have no Idea what to do about this issue..
does anyone have any advice about what to do?
Iv had a meeting with my principal about it already and he told me that I need to make the call and he will  assist me in what I choose.
