End of year exam

Hey guys,
For the mid year I stuffed up really bad, I ended up getting a D+:( any way It's all in the past.

For the end of year exam I have been working really hard over the last six months. I was wondering

If I got a B+ on the end of year will that bring the overall to a c+?

What if a got a A or an A+

I've been stressing out so any help would be great

With a B+ for Sacs and D+ and B+ for mid years and finals respectively, you'd probably be looking at a SS of ~30-32
