Does your text book do cash flow statements before BDA's?

Lol yeh... I thought it would be normal to do Cash Flow Statements last considering they are totally differnt to the other reports.

The Cambridge Accounting textbook is pretty good (well it does have a lot of mistakes with dates and such) but it tries to teach you the tricks to accounting questions :)... I've found most people use the cambridge texbook (imho the box book is a bit dull too)

its a terrible book far too simple and as you said dull. It shows no diffcult questions what so ever. Neville Box is living in a fairy land of accounting if he thinks that's how it is.

LOL maybe take up Costarghs offer and start using the Cambridge book from scratch or buy a revision book and do HEAPS AND HEAPS AND HEAPS of questions to boost your motivation and knowledge. I would suggest do two practice exams a week from now and until the exam and get your teacher and other accounting teachers to mark them for you. Sounds like you just need a boost in motivation and the only way to do that is just to revise, revise and revise. If you come out of the exam with a mark your not happy with mid way through your final year of school.... your going to feel sick.

My motivational theory is: SACRIFICE NOW, SUCCESS LATER.

EXPLORE -> CHALLENGE -> ACHIEVE

You CAN do IT!

I like to warn you however that the cambridge one comes with lame jokes...ie... there's one section where they talk about mistakes in cash journals? i think and it actually says "a lot of people make (msitakes) mistakes" when we were reading it, it was *silence* and then *groan*
