the gantt chart, did you guys find that ALL the squares were NOT used up?

Edit: FUCK I JUST REALISED, DO THEY STILL MARK YOU IF YOU DID THE GANTT CHART IN PENCIL?
I think they take marks off if you don't do it in pencil.

Pencil is fine, you're allowed to write in pen or pencil.

Pen is just easier for the guy who's going to mark your exam to read. (And smudges less)

Electrical Storm was UPS rest didnt make sense at all...

the multiple choice was !@#$ed

How so? There are usually 2-3 that are at all tricky or require some thought. Same this year.

I got mindfucked by the 'the teacher can be at more than one school' question. It was one-to-many yes? I originally had one-to-one, but opted for one-to-many based on the statement it gave. After about 5 mins of thought.

Q20 - I went for the one that had more N's on the end. I'm also 100% confident it is correct. I didn't spend to much time on it though.
i chose C coz B3 was less than 50 so the last letter had to be N, same as you got.

It was C.

Because they could only get a pass if all three tests were passed.

It doesnt make sense for more than one P to be in the formula.

CCTV or Keyboard swipe? I said CCTV, was a difficult question though.

And that ethics question, what did everyone recommend as a strategy for the IT staff?
LOL at this question. I used a business management approach. I said the staff should go to the Human Resource manager as he/she will be knowledgeable in the area of ethics and can give the staff advice on the dilemma they face, and maybe set up a meeting with the staffs supervisor to discuss the issue the staff face and come to a solution for the staff.

i really just had a punt.

Excel parts were really easy, they didn't make us write any complicated VLookup or If formulas, it was just subtraction lmao.

I reckon for the ethics question, they'd accept any answer.
For the first one (to cheryl)
i put: "Do you think it's fair that some people have to pay extra, because their hard-earned income is higher?"
boss:
"Why would you encourage such unethical behaviour amongst your staff?"
Last one
"Try and look at why you can't decide if it's unethical or not. If you are still unable to determine this, ask colleagues, or someone you trust outside the work place. If you still can't decide, it is probably unethical.." :D

Lol. they'll prob mark that leniently as hardly anyone will have got it right, so you'll probs get some marks.

Yeah wrote a similar qn.
For the boss one, I wrote "Don't you think it gives Cheryl a bad impression of yourself by being greedy taking advantage of the more wealthy customers?
Does it seem right? Hopefully can get one mark from it.

My questions were:
Cheryl -> Do you think it is fair to charge some customers more than others?

Boss -> Do you think it is right to force your staff to carry out work that they would potentially find unethical?

My last one was like this, here are some guidlines to use in ethical decision making.... Would i want this done to me? Does this decision unfairly descriminate against a certain group or class of people?

I think it was a pretty general question (you didnt even really need IT to do it...), if you were around what they were looking for you should get the mark.

I doubt anyone was waaay off for this one
