I would do something like this
Describe both theories, compare first then contrast after then conclude by saying which one is better (for the case study). Be sure to link it to the case study if you can, eg. John is receiving good pay already, so therefore the manager at ABC corp. could use the motivational tools in Maslow's third level, being social belongingness (teamwork days / corporate function)
