^ Only do questions if you need to do them. Mindlessly working through 10 questions that are essentially the same doesn't help you once you understand the underlying concept.

Unless you are prone to careless mistakes like me :P

Though given that they're talking about study before school starts, it would probably be better to not finish the entire book before the school curriculum even begins. =D

I guess you could do loads of practice exams in class but I reckon it'd probably be good to cover the topics twice.

How many exams did you do for methods?

And everyone is prone to careless errors.. The way to combat that is to concentrate lol. Doing too many questions makes it easier to slip into "autopilot", which is where many errors originate because you are treating a specific question the way you did in a practice one. In the exam you should really treat each question as if you've never seen one similar before.

However, having said that, in Spesh time is an issue unlike methods. Personally I tok the exams a little too slowly and finished them both with <10 seconds to spare =\ No Checking time... Whereas last year for methods I had 30 minutes spare.

So some familiarity is essential.

Lol, he is.

I didn't do well in VCE.. got 42 for Methods, and 36 for Spesh (though without a SAC screw up I would have ~43-44... B+ for SACs xD).

Thanks thushan. I have no idea how they calculate it though; I thought I had no  chance.

How I feel?.. lol

It's decent, I know, but nowhere near what I was capable of.

Anyway, these things are extremely subjective, so take MY opinion of MY 42 with a grain of salt.

Sorry to burst ya bubble, but I don't think it really had a topic to begin with. "Who's in?" Really just a one word one post response is required for that. :P
