Because there are less social events going on, less people around at uni to distract you, less other subjects to split your attention between, less hours per week to tire you out, less weeks in the semester to drain you, etc.

No, it has 5 hour per week during semester. The subject is called Foundations of Electrical Networks. You can check how many hours each subject has during regular and summer semesters by looking it up in the handbook, if you're interested.

You can only do a maximum of 2 subjects in the summer semester.  Any more and you'll be overloading and you'll need permission from your student centre to do so.

Summer semesters aren't favoured by many students because it means giving up your January-February holidays to be at uni and if the temp rises to 40 degrees and you have an exam on that day in the Royal Exhibition Building, get ready to be roasted.

I personally don't like summer subjects but it depends on the individual. And anatomy won't be offered it's only a few subjects

For postgrad medicine yes. For Masters/Honours it can depend on what you're applying for

I see, Im not too familiar with the course lengths so I just assumed.., Does unimelb have a page stating all the possible summer subjects?

For the summer subs, exams aren't held at REB. It's in a random building down the Law building side of campus towards Swanston street.
