Well... your readings are pretty much one or two chapters a week. You'll find all your subjects are like this. Uni consists of a lot of private study.

yea i figured as much haha but i really wanna do accounting as a career so yea... dont wanna stuff up this subject in particular...

Don't worry - pretty soon you'll get used to sitting down and ploughing through a chapter of something each night.

1 week to read about 10-15 pages + do about 1-2 hours worth of questions is entirely manageable. The first year commerce units I did didn't have that much of a workload.
