Court Essay - Help Needed

Hey guys, im having trouble getting started on this court essay. I'm not sure what to include, some pointers would be great

Essay Topic:
With the Koori Court, Drug Court and recently established specialist Family Violence Court, there are far too many courts in our state system. It has become too cumbersome and confusing for the general public. Surely the court system would operate more effectively if Victoria had one large 'super court' that could hear all disputes. Discuss.

Maybe you could discuss the advantages and disadvantages of each type of court, and then link them to how devising a 'larger court' will benefit society, or create chaos in society. If it is a rather lengthy essay, I would recommend spacing each section out into separate paragraphs. I know it seems obvious, but that is how I structure essays for any subject Hope that helps.
