Yeh, it's safe. And it's because he paid quite a bit for it himself.

It's a nice looking car, but it's really not worth the price tag in terms of raw power. You can get a hsv with quadruple the horsepower for less. Two seat is pretty inconvenient as well, but it's the easy way to get out of giving people lifts :P
