I've been looking at the ePlanner today, saw the Host Scheme Camps.

Out of interest, what does this camp generally involve (I'm assuming a fair bit of drinking..)?

And is anyone here thinking of going?

sgeorge: that's pretty much it. You meet, drink heaps, and have a few mates on your first day of uni. The quality of these mates however... can be questionable.

taiga: once you've done something enough, it gets pretty boring pretty quickly. Alcohol and slurries are easy to get and over-emphasized in uni/college culture, good company is hard to come by.

Yeah, that's what I kind of assumed, but I just wanted to make sure that I wasn't going to be missing out on much if I didn't go. Thanks :)
