Principles of Marketing is a commerce subject, so you can't take it as breadth.

Principles of Business Law, on the other hand, you can take as breadth.

But that means i won't be doing any marketing in first year?
How is that gonna work?

You have 6 first year subjects to split however you want. If there are 3 compulsory subjects and 3 accounting subjects, you don't have any more room for marketing. If you can fit it in during second year and still complete all your third year prereqs in time, you'll be fine. Otherwise, you don't have enough space.

You can also choose to do one or two more commerce subjects in first year, but that will result in having to do two breadth subjects in third year. That will mean you can only do 6 subjects at third year level and poof, there goes your double major idea.

So i've decided i'm gonna do the general stream and do a double major in accounting and marketing but i don't get how i would fit any marketing subjects into my first year because accounting is gonna take up 3 of my subjects then there's like 3  compulsory subjects and because i'm choosing accounting doesn't it mean i have to do principles of business law as well?
So i only have one subject remaining which is my breadth subject?
Do i take principles of marketing as breadth? can i actually do that?

Do a summer term subject?

Just make sure that it's offered over summer.  :)  Like finance 1 - doing it now.  :)

Doing summer doesn't add extra subjects to your degree; you lose a subject later if you do one in summer.

If I do a summer subject, it doesn't add credit but i can take pre-req subjects and its considered, right? Like doing a Level-3 subject during 3rd year summer term to add to my other level-3 subjects?

It depends on your situation.  Either way, if you're affiliated with the Eastern Precinct Student Centre, EPSC (ohmyjosh isn't if he's doing commerce), then you have to fill out a form requesting for "over-enrolment."
