Don't ever do VCE without Year 11 and missing one Sem of Year 12. Believe me its quite a pain.

You cannot major engineering in Commerce however you can do it as your breadths.

yes however it said in the course guide that you seek advice from a student advisor to see what maths subject you should do.

i think you'll have to take calc 1 in addition to linear alg, eng maths and calc 2

No, you wouldn't do any extra subjects, per se, you would just lose a subject on the end of your degree and replace it with calc 1 at the start.

You'll do 9 of your 24 bachelor subjects as engineering subjects, which should be...

Calc 1, calc 2, lin alg, ESD2 and eng maths. Then the 2nd year eng subject from your stream, then 3 of your 4 major subjects (you'll have to catch up on one when you get to masters).

is this still the case if your doing B-COMM?

Not sure what you're asking.

ESD2 is offered in summer, but I don't know why you would need to do it then.

Still not sure what you're asking. Type up your first 2 years of subjects?
