You can search the study period for summer and it will tell you the possibilities :)
Not sure if these will match the 2012 summer ones, as they aren't out yet then..

The subjects offered now can be used as an indicator for the ones offered next year.

I'm doing Finance 1 right now over summer.

If you're thinking of doing it and want to kill time, do summer because it's easy.  :)
