When is everyone starting school?

So most people are starting some time this week or next week. We go back on Friday the 4th, but I have hear of some people going back earlier in the week... Also, is anyone else damn excited by the fact that this is our last year? :D

I'm sort of excited :) but a bit daunted at what's ahead

4th of February will be the first day of the last year of high school for me too. Although, I've got a year 12 conference so I won't be doing much work.

Yeh some private schools have started already. It's to make up for the 3 week holidays they get between terms

But to answer your question apropos of VCE, Friday 4th is the official start of term. I remember being very excited.

I've already started school. I went back to school on Thursday (27th of January); probably due to the fact that my school is private (CGS). I've got a full week of classes next week. Real fun. We get new ties and that's about it. My school charges $19.95 for it. >.>

It's weird but I know the school term finishes much later - teachers finish on the 21st or something.

TOMORROW !!

I guess schools start on Friday to just test out there allocated timetables for the teachers. My school tends to change timetables start of year a couple of times.

I always thought private schools had shorter teaching periods? hmm, maybe it's just Christian schools then.
