Specifically for Monash / Melbourne University,
to do Industrial Design, do I need methods?
Because I just looked at the Monash Uni site and it said I needed at least 25 in Methods and I was upset considering I have not chosen Methods as one of my subjects for VCE...
is there some other way to get into Industrial Design?

Take a look at Swinbourne tafe and universities too, and RMIT.
I have heard really good things about these courses, though they don't focus on automobiles like the Monash course.
If you have an atar above 70 and a good folio, you will more than likely get considered :)

There are usually two different streams relating to this course
Industrial design is usually more engineering focused (so they usually require maths, whereas product design is more design focused (so they usually require a folio).
The Swinbourne course offers a mix of the two - the only uni that does this, I'm pretty sure.
Check the VTAC course descriptions if you're still a little lost.

I chose both maths and studio this year, to keep all options open :)
Dan15 (my older brother) programmed the ATAR calc.

Industrial design is very closely related to product design, most would say it is almost the same.

I do remember when I was looking through the VTAC guide and this course caught my eye due to the sheer amount of things that Industrial design actually covered, this was at RMIT. From memory it needed an ATAR of 70 than along with just English though a folio and all that was required.
You could always do the course at RMIT and transfer to Monash later on if you want to provided you have a good GPA.
