What do I need to study to get into Melbourne High?

<< < (6/11) > >>

Tobias Funke:
Could still be Top 11% in Year 9, either way it sounds like it was easier for me, I think they were looking for people that were good at both English and Maths to some extent, I got two Top 11%'s, one in each, and the other grades weren't great

HERculina:
ye superior is top 11%, above average is 12%, high average 17% and average is 20%. its been like that for the past 3 yrs for all i know.and im pretty sure 2 superiors or more is usually enough to get you in - i think. i know someone who got one superior and got in WITHOUT the principle discretion thingy :D depends on overall markee i guess

C'est moi~

In any case, you could try the other selective schools for year 10 entry; John Monash, Nossal, etc.

John Monash sounds really interesting!
