A few small things...

I was wondering if it is possible to implement any of the following, because I think they could help to improve user experience.

-A 'Go to page *insert number here*' option inside threads, because at the moment, the only way to get to a page other than by modifying the URL to a specific reply number is to skip pages 2 at a time.  This gets rather tedious when you are trawling through a large thread, looking for a certain comment that is somewhere in the middle.  Basically, if I want to go to page 16 of a thread, then it would be nice if I could just type in '16' somewhere and be taken directly there.

-A user customizable option to increase the number of posts per page.  Again, this  makes it easier with fewer reloads required to read through a thread, and allows for quicker use of 'Ctrl F' when someone is looking for a specific reply or comment.
