Its actually a written speech SAC. So speech format.  Thanks though :) Also, should you use あいづち in written speeches????

Do not write too casually considering it is a speech (I am assuming the speech would be in a more formal setting). Words such as ええと are great, but not in a formal context. Also minimise the use of ね in formal written or spoken Japanese.
