Yes - the not arranging by study is quite dog + tryhard on how they're portraying Psych as a 'real science' that requires 'work and effort' (...it always required that.)

What scares me the most..? Well a lot of things scare me in this subject.. that being said I kinda like the way they're attempting to distinguish between the really proficient students and the not-so strong group. It makes me work much harder and gives me an incentive for the 50. Every week my teacher tells us about how the exam will be much harder and will be more applicative; that is we shouldn't be reliant on rote learning. (She marks psychology 3/4 exams)
I just don't like the 15 mark question at all.. it's really nasty :| especially writing a report.. so subjective.. I mean come on!

What?

Writing a report is 10 times more objective than writing a response to 'how is the temporal lobe significant?'

Our first SAC changed from 35 MCQ to 35 MCQ + one extended response to prepare us -.-

My soul is fine.

Actually find the fact that Qs won't be ordered by AOS quite amusing.
It indicates how hard VCAA is trying to portray Psychology as a real subject.

Sometimes I wished psych would just follow what the natural sciences (eg. Bio, chem,) did and just extend the old study design from 2005 to 2014

But then again, I'm enjoying collecting all the old psych books and study guides my school library is throwing out

In response to the topic, I don't like the ambiguity in section C...feels a bit like bio all over again
2010: Biology
2011: English | English Language | Chemistry | Mathematical Methods (CAS) | Psychology

Haha, this is why I dropped psych.

Oh, I also hate the subject.
