In the determination of lawn fertiliser experiment.  How would the results obtained be affected if the fertiliser contained other chemicals that can be oxidised by permanganate ions?

Thanks :)

Since there are MORE chemicals to react in addition to the iron.

Then the concentration of Iron or amount YOU determined will be HIGHER than otherwise. Since both the Iron and the other chemical will react with permanganate ions.
