Monash international program for Law in Prato, Italy

I was just looking through the Monash site and found this: http://www.law.monash.edu.au/internships/overseas-study-programs/index.html

It sounds like an amazing opportunity.. does anyone know how difficult it is to gain a place in this overseas study program? Also whether it's in 2nd/3rd/4th/5th year?

Also does anyone know how the subjects/units work? Do the Prato/Sunway units substitute the Clayton units or is it added on?

It seems like a really good program :P If anyone knows anything about this or has any experience with it, please let me know, thanks!

48 points makes me think after at least 1 semester. if it's anything like the UoM/other Monash prato programs it's not super competitive because you have to fund it yourself.

The units would almost certainly be interchangeable with the Clayton units

Also, I lived at the Monash Prato apartments for a week and they're amazing. Best time of my life.

Its a year I believe. 6pts/subject 4 subjects/semester = 24pts/semester = 48points/year

Had a quick look at the units offered - you would most likely just use up your electives on those subjects. They'd definitely count for credit and all that, since Monash runs Prato
