saving exams

Hi
how do i save exams from this site http://dtl.unimelb.edu.au/R/9Q5VUTTNCK1YDPTR41V6VXQMHPD3QDPVUBQN8GFS4Y7FR9DUHY-02718
when i save it its not in pdf form, its file is in .sav

is there a way to open these files?

Open the file as a pdf, then save it with the ctrl-s command/save option in the file menu

You can't right click and save-as because it's not a direct link
