so yah
im one of those kids who never understood chem, and never will.
like the teacher will talk bout stuff in class and all the kids will comment on it, answer questions that ive never even heard of and ill have no idea whats goin on
got like 60%~ in unit 1/2 outcomes, cant remember what i got for exams.

how much work would you need to put in for a study score of around 30? im not aiming for high in chem, im just so over trying to do well in it.
so i'd be happy to settle for anything above 30.
i'm starting to look for prac exams for unit 3....4 weeks till exams - MEEEEEP! starting to panic, simply due to my lack of knowledge anything chem related
tips? advice? discuss.

thanks guys :)

well if you dont understand vce chem, then the chances of you understand uni chem related units is quite slim dont you think?

back on topic: read the text book over and over again, do enough practice questions until you have a grasp on the concept then move on to some practice exam paper.

SPAM EXAMS. You don't have to get it. I don't really understand Chemistry either, but I can still get 90+% on Practice exams, because all the calculation questions are pretty similar and have patterns or tells which you can look out for. And in the case of theory, if you do enough practice exams, the things you don't know get filled in when you check the answers.

^wow that is exactly what i do! :)
yeah I just do loads of questions and memorise the steps on how to work out a kind of question and apply it to other similar questions lol
I don't need to get it as long as I get the right answer :)
