I injured my back today at school and its most likely cause of my heavy bag. On Avg I carry about a 20kg bag, should I complain?

who are you even going to complain to??
why do you carry a 20kg bag everyday? Surely you dont keed to carry everything to and from school everyday?

and also what the hell is in your bag

You can buy a textbook for your house, and one for your locker at school, assuming you've got money pouring out of your ass.

Otherwise, try carry less? Can't you leave some books at school?

Is it possible to minimize the amount you're bringing home? So bring home the CD instead of the textbook (if your textbooks have them).

I would use folders with paper in them instead of work books. So instead of bringing home the entire folder I would take out the pages I needed.

Also, if there were small bits of homework I could finish off at school so that I didn't have to bring it home I would always do that.

But yeah, is it necessary to bring home everything? And do you have a bag that properly supports your back? And if you do, are you wearing properly?

I can identify with you there. Dunno about you, but generally I lug all my books for the day everywhere I go. But complaining about it would probably just result in getting a "not well organized" lecture. Be smart about managing it. saaaaaam's advice is sound.
