Anything worthy or note take/added to motion??

it seems that only electricity has had a facelift...

Does anyone know if you need to know about pn-junction and internal resistance of an emf??

I think its probably good if you have a basic idea of pn junctions (helps with explanations sometimes), haven't seen internal resistance on any present course exams :)
