question says: what is one advantage of an independent groups design over a matched participant design

A) requires no pre testing and can be more time and cost efficient
B) there are no order effects such as boredom or motivation affecting results

aren't they both true?? in class teacher asked this question and one classmate mentioned how its time/cost efficient but teacher said yes but a stronger argument would be that there aren't any order affects so option B. in the answers of this question its A.

what should i do :/

It's A.

There are no order effects associated with Matched-participants.

It has to be A; because matching pairs is both time consuming and costly and independent groups design is advantageous over matched participants design in this aspect
