Yepp; because the amgydala is largely responsible for implicit memories. And procedural memories ARE implicit memories- because when you ride a bike, you may find it easier to just "show someone how" to ride the bike (procedure), rather than sitting someone down and telling them instructions of riding the bike. This is because when you ride a bike or blowdry your hair, you're not consciously thinking about every step involved in performing these tasks
