My 1/2 physics electricity folio prac states that we should 'Verify your calculations with the measurements you took?' What does this mean? We derived the current mathematically (instead of measuring) as our teacher instructed, does this mean we can skip this step?

Thanks

If it's a prac, shouldn't you have measured it? It's asking you for a confirmation of what you've predicted... but I guess if your teacher's told you not to measure it, there's nothing you can do...

+1 to EZ

Your supposed to compare prac data with calculations, and then account for any differences (eg. check multimeter errors, resistor tolerance, etc.)
