Physics Exam 1 Unit 3 Stratergy?

I'm just wondering how everyone is approaching the physics exam, as in which way to do it.
Is it worth doing the easier multiple choice section (for me further electronics) to get the quick and easy marks first, then move onto electronics and finish with motion? or would it be better to target the harder questions first, or if we now our stuff then it wont make a difference at all?
Opinions?

I'm doing electronics and photonics first, followed by structures and materials. Then i wanna have a good hour for motion.

Definitely start with the easier questions first, if you have done the vcaa exams in the order of 2008, 2009, 2010 you would have noticed much harder questions especially relating to energy, tension and pulley systems as the years progress. These questions take time. More time than the one mark a minute.

It is important to realize that the one mark a minute rule doesn't really work because of all the extended questions and written explanations, you should rather aim to finish a section like this. If the electronics section has 35 marks, it should be completed in no more than 35 min altogether.

If this approach is taken your time will be spent more efficiently on the paper. Motion should always be attempted last if anyone is uncomfortable with it simply because tackling the hard questions first may not work. You may say to yourself that I'll do the hard questions first but, if you can't solve them you will be lost as what to do, you will be flicking through the paper wasting time on deciding what to do.

Attempt easy questions to harder that the way I'm going. :)

Do motion first, if you're stuck then at least you can say something like this to yourself 'Okay I still have 2 hours left, I can come back to it' as oppose to doing motion last, you'll prob freak out a bit. Then do electronics and your detailed study only because multiple choice questions should be done last.

Cranberry, it's all about balance, you see chemistry is my last subject because i didn't do it in year 11. I'm getting A's but i don't want to spend to much time on it becuase as it's my last subject they only take 10% of it so in end i get 3.8 instead of 38.

You see VCE isn't really that hard, if you work at it you develop tactics and attack plans not just for exams but questions as well. Right now i'm focused on my physics and chem exams. I'm been doing 2-3 practice exams a day for each and 70 questions from the checkpoints books.
