im in need of all the motion formula's, after countless attempts at transformations i havent yet succeeded. need quick solutions.

Look in your textbook or cheatsheets that people have uploaded here.

It's risky using derived formulas if you don't know where they came from and what they do.

A lot of the derived formulas work in explicit situations and the examiners are very much familiar with this fact.
It's likely that the exam will have a lot of trick questions to throw off people that are relying on formulas. If you try to apply a formula that you don't understand fully, there's a chance you've just given up marks for no good reason.
