Constructivism in International Relations

Hello everyone,

I've come across the theory of constructivism as a tool for predicting/analysing international relations... But I don't understand it at all. I was wondering if anyone would be able to explain it to me?

Too bloody complicated for me to have figured it out yet.

Anyway, seeing as it's not technically part of the IS course I'm not really expecting to receive an answer. But it'd be a great help if anyone out there who does know it could explain it to me.
