do you show working out on MC?

is it even considered or you basically just have to show the right answer?

sometimes i do half the calcs on the paper and the rest in my head and wondering if its important to go all perfect when doing working out

You have a seperate answer sheet for it, so feel free to write on the exam, but you aint gonna get any marks for it :P

you may as wel write it out on the exam paper so you dont make any silly mistakes in your head but yeah you cant gain any marks from it :P

Nope. You can write expletives  all over that MC section and nobody's gonna know.

In SA make sure its coherent and neat. Every lecturer/examiner i've spoke to urges neatness - If they have to search too hard for your marks - they're either going to find mistakes or they're going to give up eventually.
