Just want to confirm:
We multiply the conc when theres a dilution factor and leave mol the same?
and when its transferred, we change number of mol and leave conc?

The concentration changes if there is a dilution made e.g 10 ml diluted to 250 ml - a dilution factor of 25
The mol and mass changes if an aliquot is taken from the volume e.g 20 ml aliquots were taken from the 250ml volumetric flask - multiply by 12.5 to return to original sample
