Well, when this happened to me, they asked me to submit this online form about it and then they processed it with all the other requests.

Practical classes are held from 2 pm to 5 pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons.  BCMB20005 (521-220) does not use ISIS or university timetabling systems for practical class allocation. To nominate a practical session, it is essential for you to email me as soon as possible stating your first and second preferred day to undertake the practical.  In selecting a practical session, you must choose an afternoon in which you have no clashes with other subjects. With the semester just around the corner and limited spaces per practical day you may not get your first preference. To maximize your chances, email me you preferences immediately, first in best dressed!
