I didn't think this warrants a new thread + would sort of tie into the holidays thing
I'm in year 11 - should I buy all the text books for next year and give them a rough run through, through the holidays?
If so is the syllabus and textbook for any of my subjects likely to change by next year?

No. I went away in the holidays before year 12 and didn't do much prep. Working consistently and properly throughout the year is enough.

Do whatever holiday work you get, but you don't need to have finished the course before you start term1

Damn week one of holidays I was on a roll and today I'm already burnt-out. It doesn't help when Bypass is so bloody boring to read for a second time!

Worked at English and Further. Have Legal and Eco to do, with Legal a priority being a SAC on Wed. I'll finish my legal revision tonight (already done a bit), as well as getting some way into the Eco hw. Long night ahead maybe..

Depends on the subject I guess. Check out the 'Accreditation periods' for the subjects you're planning to do :) www.vcaa.vic.edu.au/vce/studies/index.html
