Should we only focus on one? In past exams they usually have a general question e.g. identify a motivational theory... instead of explain Maslows theory of motivation or Herzberg etc

Are you learning them all or focusing on one????

It would be highly unlikely that you would need to use two theories in the exam. I am only focusing on one, however I still am learning the others. I find Maslows to be the best because it is simple to use and you can even link it to 'The Simpsons' to help you remember each stage!

Physiological = Homer
Safety = Maggie
Social = Bart
Esteem = Marge
Self Actualisation = Lisa

LOL!

costargh:
I learnt the same way to remember Maslow's. For my SAC my teacher told me I need to know Maslows and Herzbers, I already know Maslows, but doing my NOTES now :P and doing Herzberg, I've also done Alderfer in notes just for diversity in knowledge.

For the exam, it should only be one and I don't think they would ask a specific Q on one of them, rather just a general Q. Just my gay SAC I need to know those 2

I'm having trouble finding how Diversity management and EOC's fit in the study design. But meh
