:crazy2: Can we trust our vcenotes tutors? Are they who they claim they are? They could be cons, paedophiles, criminals who knows? Tell us your fears, can we trust our tutors? Have you ever been scammed?

there are a few tutors who have had other "senior" members posting "this guy is absolute pro", they can be trusted fully.

up to you/the client to ascertain, really. You could ask them for their statement of results, for your own peace of mind

Also, it depends if you are talking about people with 500+ posts, or people who sign up post ad and that's their entire contribution to the community.

I would trust people in the first group :P

I put "I don't know"

I agree with caramel's tip, despite providing an incentive for spamming, if this view becomes popular.

True, when trusting in yourself, you can achieve anything... Particularly tutor status :)

 >:(Well, I'll state the obvious. No, we cannot trust them. And well, we don't have to either. In fact, we don't have to trust anyone that we speak with, especially with someone from this site. I admit, I have not been scammed before, but I am aware of the many consequences that can occur during the process. Paedophiles hide behind anonymity, they prey on the unexpected and lunge when your back is turned. Despite this, people take their chances and continue meeting strangers through the internet or other indirect means. Personally, in my opinion if you are stupid enough to go along with this, then you deserve to be had.

Tutors should not be blamed, it is the people who choose to meet them who should.

In your scenario it also reads:
Pedos should not be blamed, it is the victims who should.

You sound like the type of expert they'd have on a Today Tonight episode.

That's why its recommended that when you do this, you a) stay in public places and b) don't meet them alone. If they have any problems with that, then you probably shouldn't be meeting them in RL :P
