CRAZY latin scaling!

Spesh scaled only by 8 last year? Does this mean that it could be similar this year?

Latin, Ancient Greek, Hebrew, French, Chinese Second Language and even German are the languages that have crazy scaling.

I read somewhere in The Age this year that Frankston High also offered it as they are a pretty old public school.  Can anyone confirm?  ryley?
