I thought I'd get the ball rolling...
Social Responsibility:
The Body Shop (although it's very common)- Uses products which aren't tested on animals
Westpac- Forgot lol, check their website
McDonalds Corp- Ronald McDonald Charity...
Virgin Corp: Virgin Unite (Helping entrepreneurs in third world countries start their own business, and other stuff)
World Vision: Charity... (Self explanatory)
*Nestle (Introducing Baby Formulas into 3rd world countries) Look it up.
*Nike (Child labour, cheap labour)
Note the ones marked in * are examples of companies who were not socially responsible.

Operations Management: (Look at the following in regards to production process)
Car Manufacturers- Ford, Holden,etc
Hospitals- General hospitals

Environmentally Friendly:
NAB- New branch in Docklands (Eco-Friendly building)

Privatisation:
Telstra
Transport System

im not sure what the deal is with using current examples...do we just refer to them by name in whichever answer it's appropriate? or do we have to relate it to an event concerning the organisation?
