From what I see in your summary of your answer, you never related 'valued workers' to 'morale', but you said you wrote a slab so I guess this doesn't apply if you did. If you didn't, well yeh, you're meant to relate the two since they're not synonymous; one is an effect of the other. So either an explanation or definition should have done the job.

Yeh, but its just hard to know where to draw the line between 'main words' and just...words? I mean, he got penalised for using morale which seems to most like a pretty standard word after all, not a key business term...but yeh, my post above explains it...i think.

Yeah, well I would interpret main words to mean key words stated in the question. I don't see the point in defining words that are not actually in the question.
