Revision Lectures

(1/1)

misskaraleah:
Does anyone know if they actually hold revsion lectures for art subjects such as studio arts, or vis com?
I'm not too sure if they do but if they actually DO exist, could you post the company who is hosting it.

Many thanks :)

hard:
yer i'm not sure if they do because the lecture would probably only go for 30 minutes at max. There's really nothing to talk about in depth.

I think I just might do the vcaa past exams, and do render exercises and make sure I know how to do the main textures: wood, metal and the likes. Also, I try to think of the analyzing techniques when I encounter..say, a picture in a magazine or on the billboards when sitting in the train.
I haven't seen any lectures around, or any other past exams :(

I agree. You can easily predict what's going to be on the exam anyway if you do enough exam papers. The vcaa examiner's reports are basically lectures in their own right too. They're invaluable sources that give you examples of A+ answers, so don't forget to check them out!
The only real challenge in this exam is being able to create and design effective graphics given a certain criteria, in a matter of only 20 mins or so. Oh and orthogonal and isometric drawings are a bitch too :(
