I'm having trouble finding topic questions for the context I am studying - Encountering Conflict (The Secret River and The Crucible)

Any thoughts on where I can find some? Better yet, do you guys have any topics that you would like to share?
Thanks :)

The main ones I have seen

The reasons why conflict occurs, are less important than how conflict is resolved.

Ignorance is the main reason that conflict occurs

Conflict is resolved through better understanding

Some other ones can include:

It is through conflict that we grow

There are both winners and losers in conflict

Conflict is inevitable, the way we deal with it is not

These were basically the 3 we could choose from in the 1000 word SAC we had. I chose the second one, and wrote on The Secret River, The Line and personal experiences. I didn't want it to sound too objective, but I think I used the word 'I' quite a bit. :(

I am still hoping to get a half decent mark for it though. :P

Do you want me to upload a copy of the lecture notes on Conflict from an Organisational Behaviour (management subject) perspective?
