no no no, i understand entirely thankyou very much, would the lactic acid kick in at anytime during say....a weightlifting event? or will the ATP-PC continue to remain dominant, as the entire cycle only lasts a max of 15 seconds?

the ATP-PC system would be dominant, with energy systems just think INTENSITY and DURATION and you should be able to work it out. Because weightlifting is pretty much a clean action say with a snatch, it one explosive movement so the LA system wouldnt really have time to become dominant but say you were doing a few reps or something the LA system would become dominant after say the first rep as the ATP-PC system has been depleted.

Learn to use correct terminology!

And if you actually care about 12 PE, read the 34 book!

Energy systems IMO is the easiest topic in 34, as once you understand it, thats it, no rote learning.

Geez mate calm down, sorry that i asked a supposed "simple" question, i guess im not as gifted as you are in understanding the easiest topic in 3/4 P.E, theres no need for you to be arrogant about my queries
