when/how do you accept your course?

Just for you guys I pulled out my VTAC offer letter.
Offers came out on Monday 14th January
My enrolment was Wednesday 23rd, 10-12am. I remember I was towards the end of the enrolment period, enrolment going from monday-thursday is ringing a bell but I have no evidence to support this.

Again I do not understand the proxy system because I have not dealt with it, is there some way where you can set one up just in case? :P (clueless woo)

Last year, enrolment was 21st - 24th Jan, during the week after offers came out.
