I think I've done about 20, and I've been getting 9's and 10's, but i haven't written any within time limits!! english time limits reallly scare me

ummm full essays.. 3 :oops: ones i had to do for sacs, plus one other lbw ones in term 1. got A+ for them all tho, duno what out of 10 tho. then iv done some shitty semi finished no effort essays for practice exams and most other ones we were meant to do during the year, i never did, or did about half of. im shocking, really

I've done around 45-50
15 media
12 mo2
10 hardtimes
6 Paul Kelly

+ 7 SACS and 1 practice exam

Yeh i've become comfortable with my time limits, it does take a while, but you can really know your ability, strengths/weaknesses.

I also have fantastic teachers

It's not a competition though. It all comes down to the 4 you write on friday. Experience helps, but luck can change all.

I've also corrected around 10 essays for people, which can increase your exposure to other writing and ideas.

I've got one more practice exam monday, then the exam.

I've seen some of your posts, you seem to be on the right track, and know what you're talking about. Natrual ability counts for a bit, so you'll be ok, just write maybe 2 of each, timed

yeh I've kinda accepted that i'll drop to at least an 8 under time limits, for teh text responses. At least. Hopefully I can still get 40
I think I can do the writing task under time limits though.
