Difficult memorising a whole lot of shit

Is anyone else finding it hard to memorise all the Australian guildlines for each age group (children, adult, elders)? And each physical, emotion, social and intellecutual develpment at each age group?


Is there an easy way of memorising all this stuff without getting confused?  ???
