Advantages/disadvantages of ANU when applying for Melbourne law positions
carolynt:
Where is Bond on that anyway?
I always recognised ANU as the best for law, but that is a mindless judgement as I haven't done proper research on that. I would definitely go for the move for ANU over Monash, since employment is based on what university you go to.

Bond is on the gold coast.. sigh.. I only said i was on a full scholarship because its a private uni which costs a lot wihtout really requiring an ENTER score (people essentially buy their way in..)
Duck:
I'll post an update despite the fact that I am 99% sure no-one cares. I've decided that if I get into Monash I will do comm/law there but if i get into ANU comm/law but not Monash then I will go to ANU. As much as it is for education, I also think it would be great to move out of home and I don't feel like i'm leaving behind too much and I can catch up with friends during holidays. Anyone else making the move next year?
herzy:
That sounds reasonable - let me know how you go

I think this is smart.
