I've been hearing from my friend that his teacher told him that if he gets an A+ in the it-apps exam he'll get 40+ study score. Also his sac marks is at B+..and i tell him that its impossible, and he'll get 39 max.

cheers guys

Kairubin:
Depends really.
Also depends on the school he's at. Where he's ranked in the class.
ITA sacs are worth 50% so therefore it does play a big role.
However the exam can significantly boost his sacs. Providing its a decent A+. I don't think a low A+ would do much.
Anyone have experience with this?

firstly it's study score not ENTER score. Also, as said above, it depends on his ranking. If his ranked first than he can get 50. As you go down the ranking, you need your class to perform well so that you get good SAC scores. Nothing is impossible.

Glockmeister:
The B+ is only the score that the school has submitted to VCAA. This is adjusted inter alia on the end of year exam depending on the strength of the cohort

RD:
Yeah if the rest of the class does well in the exam then the SAC scores will get dragged up.
